Default PC Prp 4.4.3

I was working an event using PC Pro v4.4.3 and when I changed over to start printing wallets the print rendering would not accept the print command. Any thoughts anyone???

Thanks,

Roland

Default PC Pro Print Command

Roland,

Did you try a reboot and relaunching the software? This often cures that sort of issue. If not, give me more details and I will post some ideas to help solve this.

Yes, I rebooted several times. I've played with the program and the problem appears to be the rendering part of the program. It shows up on the screen but does not show that it received the print order. I also deleted the program and did a new install but now I'm getting the following message from Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library "*Runtime Error Program C:\PDI\Qeue\Print Qeue.exe This Application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact Application support team for more info". How do I get this program running?? I need it for next Friday night's affair. The fact that I'm using the style key have anything to do with this problem. I have been using this key since I misplaced the new style key.

Please advise. If you want to call me I can be reached at 603-661-6562 (cell)

Thank You.

Default PC Pro won't fit onto your screen

You must find a file called PCPro.ini

It should be located in c:\Windows\System 32 or c:\Windows

But if you can't find it, just search your computer for PCPro.ini

Open it into notepad

Look for a line that reads "prevSizeMode=" and change the value down by one. Save the text file.

Open PC Pro and it should now be smaller. If it continues to not fit your screen, follow the procedure above until you find a value that makes your screen fit properly.

PhotoLynx will upgrade your old key to a USB key for $150.00. We will send you a USB key that is timed for 30 days. When we receive the old key back, you can send in for a code that will activate the USB key permanently.

As far as the PCPro.ini all you have to do is a search on your computer to find the file. Click on the start button, choose search and enter PCPro.ini
